Caregiver Consultations
At The Little Duck Collective, we understand the crucial role that parents and caregivers play in their child's development and well-being. That's why we offer caregiver consultations as an integral part of our comprehensive approach to therapy. These consultations provide a valuable opportunity for parents and caregivers to collaborate with our therapists and gain a deeper understanding of their child's specific needs.
During these sessions, our skilled therapists guide caregivers, providing tailored advice and strategies for optimizing their child's therapy journey at home. We recognize that parents and caregivers are the experts on their child and their knowledge is invaluable. These meetings are NOT to replace an evaluation or treatment session but to serve as general guidance based on your concerns.
School Screenings
School screenings may be used to identify potential developmental delays in children by conducting assessments and observations within the school setting. By consulting with the educational team, your therapist will identify barriers and ways to support each child’s individual learning style.
Following the school screening, a formal evaluation may be recommended by your therapist which may be completed at The Little Duck Collective or at another organization of your choice.
The Little Duck Collective is committed to empowering children to reach their full potential and fostering an inclusive educational environment.
First-time consultations for families are FREE.
